Richard Splett's tenure as the 51st president of the United States began with his inauguration on January 20, 2041. Splett first took office following his victory in the 2040 presidential election. Splett was re-elected president in the 2044 presidential election.
During Splett's administration, a third state solution to the Israel - Palestine conflict was introduced. Hurricanes Eden and Fausto occurred during his administration are were some of the worse recorded in US history with just under 3,000 killed between them.

During his presidency, Splett and political leaders representing Israel and Palestine were able to come to a three-state solution to solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Splett was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in either 2043 or 2044.
