On the night of the 2014 midterm elections, Dana borrowed Selina Meyer's stylist-recommended lipstick. Gary forced Amy Brookheimer to go by his house at sunrise to get her lipstick before Meyer does the morning shows.
In November 2014, Dana told her friends about Walsh's and Meyer's "signals". The signal story gets leaked to the press, leading to Meyer expressing disappointment in Walsh.
In January 2015, Dana was invited to lunch with Meyer and Walsh. The lunch ended with Meyer snapping at Dana. Meyer would then express resentment towards Dana. Their feud continued throughout the year, with Dana wanting Walsh to come work for her at her cheese business when Meyer announced she wouldn't run for re-election in 2016. Walsh ended up staying with Meyer upon the announcement of her presidential campaign.
As of July 2015, Dana and Walsh were still together. However, she does not make any appearances beyond this episode and is never mentioned again.
